The Ten Best White Wines of Spain

Avoid Excessive Alcohol to Stay Healthy

The year-end festivities mark the start of the holiday period brought about many changes in the routine itself of the months in which we work. Increase out to eat out, it roasts and festivals, often accompanied by an occasional drink.
Unfortunately, alcohol has become one of the protagonists of our celebrations, even when we know the risks of excessive alcohol consumption causes. Not only limited to a nasty hangover.
