After the Food Allergies

Thursday, April 29th, 2010

Many people have to be aware of food allergies. Despite having a food allergy is not common, as many think. In general, only affect about two percent of children in the world but are most common in children who are younger. In general, most children grow out of allergies to foods than when they were born. This gives hope to any parent who is worried that their children are faced with a problem of life ahead.

There are different symptoms of food allergies. They can include wheezing and difficulty breathing. Sometimes a person will suffer with itchy skin, rashes, hives, vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain and swelling around the mouth and throat. These symptoms will develop rapidly usually after a person digest food they are allergic to. Sometimes it is minute, while others may take hours to take effect. There are also many who are faced with nasal symptoms that a person can pass. These may include runny or stuffy that some may think are caused by food allergy, but may not be in reality.

This will depend on the person and the severity of food allergy. Some people may have mild to severe symptoms treated. Also depend on the amount of food we have eaten. A severe reaction can include difficulty breathing, swelling of the mouth and throat, decreased blood pressure, shock and sometimes death. (more…)

Dry weather and Allergies Considered

Thursday, February 11th, 2010

AllergiesWith dry weather in some parts of our nation and some big rains, which reduced the significant rain will see a solid spring season and, of course, this causes problems with people with allergies or asthma each year. The pollen in the air will be a tough go for many people and most Americans do not eat so well and seem to be increasingly allergy due to this fact.

Of course there are many products on the market to help us from this and can go any market or Super Market Super Allergy Medicine island and see all the products to soothe our allergies.

In fact the drug companies know it is a huge concern for you and me, and therefore make a small fortune off the allergy market here in the U.S. and worldwide. Many people need these drugs through these stations or are just miserable. Miserable people coughing and sneezing do not often make good friends and we should all be a little more understanding in these seasons.

If you have allergic reactions make sure you bring with you some relief so that you do not drop the medicine in a miserable situation for dry weather this spring allergy season. Consider all this in 2006.
