That’s where comes in what is known today as “post-holiday syndrome.” It is a condition that occurs a lot in people who must return to work after spending several days away from work. The most common symptoms are depression, physical and psychological discomfort, stress and mood.

Many people who suffer from this problem feel that your holiday has not been extensive enough, although it’s been several days away from work. To solve this problem many companies are bringing their staff psychologists to help employees, experts recommend a few days back home before the end of the holidays to return to work more “friendly.”

Just imagine the scenario. You have a condition that could possibly cause you a serious health problem at literally any time of the day each and every day. Well, as panic attack sufferers will tell you it is definitely possible and in many cases actual fact. This condition provides sufferers with a great deal of stress.

A panic attack can stop them having a normal social life simply because there is no knowing when it might occur. Everyday occurrences, sights and smells can appear normal to most of us but to sufferers it can mean terrible attacks and in some cases extreme embarrassment. The extreme answer would be to withdraw yourself into your home and not go out at all but that to eliminate yourself from a social setting is not the answer.

After the first attack the sufferer can experience a cycling effect as they tend to start wondering when the next attack will occur and this in turn can lead to the raising of their stress levels which in turn may actually bring on another attack. And so on and so on. The sufferers can be extremely embarrassed in front of friends and family. It has been found that emotional times in our lives are a fundamental reason for panic attacks plus any strain or stress that we may be under. One of the main concerns for sufferers is failure.

The panic attack will vary from person to person. Virtually all sufferers will experience an increased heart rate, higher body temperature. asphyxiation, extreme sweating and may even begin to think their mentality is at risk or worse still that they are at deaths door. On some occasions the symptoms may just be the imagination running wild and the symptoms may even be hallucinated. The result of these situations can lead to feelings of pessimism, sadness and even anger.

Stress management tactics may well be the first approach to the possible panic attack cure. Stress itself is sadly part and parcel of many peoples live these days and it cannot be entirely ignored and avoided. The secret of minimizing panic attacks can be by finding the most appropriate way of dealing with life’s stresses. Find the root cause for the attacks and start to think how you can deal with the stress levels in a more positive way.

Try no to think too much about the times and issues that cause you to experience the panic attacks in the first place. Surround yourself with your family and friends. Perhaps visit a therapist and delve into your life’s problems. A therapist will cost you money but it is worth it as they will be able to help you understand your fears more. You will also benefit to a good degree by speaking to a third party and realizing what causes your attacks.

Exercise is also highly recommended as a way to relieve stress and consequently panic. Your muscles will be more relaxed and making it through the day will seem easier. Other ways are available to help you and it is worth spending time to explore all avenues for panic attack elimination.
